we improve the culture of collaboration, openness and innovation

Engaging teams is key not only for employees' satisfaction but also for the organisational success. That is why engagement should not be a one-time initiative but a part of the everyday culture. What does this mean?

  • Looking for new ideas and approaches together with our employees when faced with change and challenges
  • Including our teams in strategic planning, target setting and evaluation
  • Leading effective business meetings
  • Creating space for dialogue, mutual learning and exchange of experience as addition to the standard trainings

We support managers at all levels to turn engagement into part of their work culture by creating a space where, together with their team, they can find the approaches that work for them. We help them make work meetings more meaningful and productive, and we facilitate strategic conversations and meetings. We don't work as consultants, but as part of the strategic team that brings an external look and a fresh perspective.

87% of employees in the world admit that they do not feel engaged at work!

we support intrapreneurship

The main competitive advantage of organisations is people and their ability to be enterprising and proactive. We see the power of employees to think and act as entrepreneurs and create new ways of working, new products and services, and to bring social and ecological impact to the organisation's core work.

We support managers to create conditions for intrapreneurship via our signature program. We also support a learning community of intrapreneurs where they share experience and acquire knowledge and skills to develop their own projects.

We are ambassadors of the League of Intrapreneurs for Bulgaria and we share the most up-to-date resources, case studies and knowledge from around the world.

Virgin could never have grown into the group of more than 200 companies it is now, were it not for a steady stream of intrapreneurs who looked for and developed opportunities, often leading efforts that went against the grain.

we activate communities around shared visions and challenges

The most complex challenges can only be resolved in a new way if we include a variety of people and opinions. New products, services and solutions are born when we work in the intersection of different spheres, roles and expertise. That's how real innovation happens. But then things get difficult - how do we get everyone to participate in the best way? How do we reach common agreements and solutions? How do we reach to specific steps and actions for long-term change?

We support companies, public organisations and communities to engage the right people and to participatory processes to create new ideas and find the right decisions. We do this by creating a long-term engagement process and facilitating meetings and workshops.

we shake up the standard event formats

We support our partners with the whole process of creating an event - from shaping the intention, through the design of the content to the implementation of concrete methods that lead to the desired results. We act as facilitators and create "spaces" for meaningful conversations, authentic connections and innovative solutions.

We apply methods that work flawlessly with both three and three hundred people. They put the participants and their important topics at the center of the event. Some of the methods we apply are World Cafe, Open Space Technology, Pro-Action Cafe, Circle Practice and others.
